THE ORACLE

Privacy Policy

Effective: October 2026

When you create an Oracle account, we collect account and profile information such as your name, email address, account status, sport access and alert preferences. Authentication credentials are handled by our authentication provider; The Oracle does not store your plain-text password in its profile database.

We use account information to authenticate you, provide sport access, manage preferences, send requested play alerts and operate the service. When paid subscriptions are introduced, payment processing will be handled by a payment provider and this policy will be updated before launch.

Operational providers may process information on our behalf to provide hosting, authentication, database and email-delivery services. We do not sell your personal information.

You can disable sport email alerts from My Account. Transactional account emails such as verification and password recovery may still be sent when necessary.

This policy will be expanded before public paid subscriptions are offered.
